It’s f rom Zagreb in former Yugoslavia. Sot t he “Fiats” are Zastav as. Here’s another picture . The parking space has been reduced since the first picture was taken. Rather oddly the nice texture on the building doesn’t extend to the left side of the building.

A pparently that Nama   department store still exists but the nice recessed balcony has vanished. The parking space has been reduced again .

It’s still likely there in some form but it’s hard to say if it even has doors anymore. There’s actually a quite big bunch of pictures from the interior. But I couldn’t figure out in which wall it should be located.
